Payment dispute info
How do I speak to some one at eBay to get them to look at a payment dispute I started with my financial institution? The institution closed dispute back in November and the 90 days ran on the return guess, but the item was returned to seller and eBay will not speak to me or give any info other than speak to my financial institution. And they will not acknowledge the dispute was closed either, so seller can’t refund my purchase. Any info on matter would be greatly appreciated
