Payment dispute from buyer who is no longer a registered user
Hi, I received a payment dispute from buyer: thewst-0. This buyer paid for item and I shipped the same day, the next morning I have a payment dispute from him, I responded to the dispute and now I see this person's account is no longer registered. eBay has my funds on hold for the amount of the transaction, I cannot help but feel I've just been scammed by this buyer. Anyone ever dealt with an issue like this before?
