Payment dispute filed 6 months after sale on a $1500 item
Just received notification from eBay that a buyer has just filed a payment dispute on a $1500 part that was sold and delivered to the buyer 6 months ago! The reason for the dispute is noted as "The item doesn't match the description in your listing" .... The item I sold and shipped was exactly what was described and pictured in the auction and I never once received a message from the buyer that they had any issues or were un-happy with the transaction! I obviously disputed this with eBay and this is the first time I've had this happen and very frustrating .... Any suggestions?

·3 years agoAbout all you can do is get ready to loose the $1500.
Once they go to their funding source and do a charge back, there isn't much you can do.
