Payment dispute
I accepted an offer of $20 +Shipping. Item is in "Awaiting Payment". Invoice shows $20 paid but no tax or shipping was paid. Buyer says on her end it shows she paid. If she did, it should show shipping and tax as well. I think maybe I hit the "mark as paid" tab by mistake. When go in to just purchase a shipping label and send it, it says I can't because she hasn't paid. Any other similar experiences?

Have you received notification from Ebay that the buyer has paid, and "OK to ship" to buyer's shipping address?
You can check your seller hub for the payment status for the order.

After 4 days of non-payment, on the 5th day you can cancel the transaction due to "buyer didn't pay".

OP2 years agoNo I did not receive that notice. Invoice shows the $20 price, shipping and tax still due. I gave another $5 discount when sending the invoice. The buyer just paid. Thanks for the info...
