Payment delay
Hello I have someone that said they purchased a item of mine but it’s not showing purchased items n my end they haven’t used eBay in like 6 years can payment be on hold?

Mentor1 year ago@demcas Adding one other possibility if you DO see a payment for the item but just not from this buyer they could have checked out using a guest account.
When a member uses a guest account it is a different user ID and the purchase can't be combined with their regular seller account.

Mentor1 year ago@demcas If the payment is not on your summary page then the buyer has not paid.
Payments on hold do show on your summary page. New and returning sellers are subject to fund holds, not buyers.
