PAYMENT CHARGED TO WRONG CC
why cant I select the desired credit card to pay for my ebay purchases? I have multiple credit cards under my payment methods in Paypal. because i have need to separate charges to a couple different businesses and personal transactions. I changed the preferred payment in Paypal to the card that i wanted my purchase to be charged to & it was charged to wrong CC.

WHY CANT I SELECT THE DESIRED CREDIT CARD WITHIN PAYPAL WHEN PAYING FOR ITEM? THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING THE PAST FEW MONTHS. IN THE DISTANT PAST I WAS ABLE TO SELECT THE DESIRED CC WITHIN PAYPAL WHILE I WAS PAYING ON EBAY.
