Payment blocking
The buyer paid for the goods 2 days ago, picked it up by pickup! wrote a positive review. why are you delaying the payment for one month? solve the problem please

Actually, there is no problem. New Sellers can have their funds held up to 30 days: Payments on hold | eBay
For Local Pick up sales the Buyer is supplied with a QR code and a 6 digit code. Message them immediately and ask for the 6 digit code. The QR code can be scanned by you at the pick-up but you missed that or if you don't use the app it is worthless but the 6 digit code you can enter on the sold item to confirm to eBay that the Buyer picked up the item.

Mentor1 year agoIf you created the listing with Local Pickup, the buyer should have received a message from ebay with the QR-code )as well as 6 digit code) to show you upon pickup. You scan the QR code with your mobile device, or enter the 6 digit code into your desktop computer. That will show ebay that the buyer has picked up the item since you will not have a tracking number since you did not ship the item. Without this code, ebay with hold the payment for 30 days, since the buyer has 30 days in which to file an Item not received case.
