payment and shipping issue
i bid the card that i cannot pay. ebay said the card cannot be shipped to hon kong. but the seller can ship to hong kong. the payment said i need to change the address or contact the seller but the seller did not reply me yet. and before the bid end, it did not have any message that the shipment cannot be shipped to hong kong.
