Payment Amount Revised
I received a notification from my bank that an amount I had paid for an item here at eBay had been revised from $9.53 to $20.43. How is this possible when it wasn't the amount I agreed to pay? The order that the payment was revised for doesn't reflect the increase in cost so what the extra funds are for isn't explained. I'm at a loss on how it's possible that a buyer go through the checkout process and agree to pay the amount shown as a total and the hours later that amount be revised that drastically without the buyers consent? Can anybody explain this please?

Mentor1 year ago@lenabu19 That is very odd. I recommend contacting customer service for assistance. You may have to dispute this with your bank.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
