Hi — I tried to use the AI assistant, which was a waste of time, and there doesn't seem to be a way to call a customer support person. My item sold; the buyer received it, but my payout is on hold until they click received. The tracking number is in the system, showing they received the item. I have messaged the buyer twice to click received. How do I get the payout to go through?

@lav_1342 . Buyers don't mark an item received, the tracking does that. Did you get signature on delivery as required for sales that are $750 or more? As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating. Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers. New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers can experience holds for up to 31 days especially for higher value items.
