How do I tell eBay the customer received it. eBay doesn’t think the customer received it. I’m frustrated because it is a large sum of money.

Mentor10 months agoAre you referring to the double eagle you sold? If so, then you need to know that for any sale of $1,000 or more there is a mandatory 30 day funds hold. This applies to any seller no matter how long they have been on eBay. eBay had too many problems with high priced items so they make all sellers wait the 30 days for these items. Make sure that you have tracking that will show delivery and if eBay does not show but the shipping carrier does you will need to have customer service manually check the tracking outside of eBay.
