I need paid for an item I sold at the beginning of the month. The buyer received the item a long time ago. Please send today or I will take legal action

Since this appears to be your first sale, ebay placed a 21-30 day hold on your payment. They do that to all new sellers. If you shipped the item with tracking ebay will make you wait until 30 days from tracking showing Delivered before releasing the funds, because of the price of the item. That is how long a buyer has to file a Money Back Guarantee dispute if there is an issue with the item.
