I sold an item and it did not arrive after 10 days customer requested a refund which I did refund, 2 days later it showed up at his house. Now he wants to pay me for it, how would he send me the money back?

This is common.
Because you have already had a transaction with this Buyer, eBay allows you to invoice them via PayPal or Venmo for them to repay you. Be sure to keep your messages through eBay messaging and reference the previous transaction.
