While I appreciate community replies, these simply restate facts when I was seeking any rationale for extended delays and extreme fees, neither of which were in place the last time I sold something on eBay. This is not something "the community" can explain, and eBay has been silent throughout. I might expect this of big banks but not a platform that was originally the best and most efficient place to reach prospective buyers. No worries, I simply won't use the platform anymore.
