Mentor2 years ago@lynfish98 How did they not pay for shipping? Did you have the item listed with Local Pick Up? If they chose that option and you wish to ship then you must cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer. Then relist with shipping.
I know these are a lot of extra steps but it's the only way that you will be able to add tracking to the sold item for proof of delivery AND the only way the buyers shipping address is provided at checkout.

OP2 years agoThey sent the payment quickly on eBay and I received it. I'm thinking - that while the auction was going on one of the bidders said that they did not have Pay Pal and could they just pay through eBay - and although I had never heard of this before I told them that would be okay - I think this is might be that person that asked for that and maybe there is a way of doing that that I'm not aware of. I haven't confirmed that is what happened. I just sent them a message to them telling them to send the payment through Pay Pal but have not hear back from them yet.
