Mentor2 years agoebay sends you the item price + shipping LESS the FVF charged. Have you taken that into consideration. Go to
Seller Hub > Payments > All transactions
Locate the order and you can see the deductions made.

·2 years agoThe software will not let a buyer finish checkout without paying the s/h fee for that item (or the s/h option s/he selected) to his/her location. Did you maybe have local pickup as an option? Are you looking at a breakdown of the price fees etc. (please post a screenshot) or are you trying to calculate back from the total payment you received to see why it is lower than you expected?
