I personally delivered the item since buyer ended up being next town over so how can I get my funds? It just keeps saying need shipping info.

You can mark the item shipped, but not delivered. You will have to wait probably 21 days for your funds to be released.
I hope you have an honest buyer, since you have no proof of delivery.
