I have been trying to make and have been unable to do so. Apparently my PayPal account is invalid. This is nonsense. My husband, same account has had no difficulty using it. Please look into this matter. Thank you.

Thank you for posting but unfortunately we are volunteer Buyers and Seller supporting others on how to use the site, we have no access to any other member's account. If you get a message when you try to pay or bid please share it, someone here may have had a similar experience or the message or error might point to a specific known issue.

Sorry you are having this issue.

Your account, based on your Feedback history, is what eBay considers a low activity account and it is possible that they put Buying limits on the account. Buying limits and restrictions | eBay

There could be a myriad of other reasons too ...

You must have read my post. I buy a lot of things on e-bay, and made contact the only way I could figure out how to do so. Can you suggest something else I could do?

If this is your Buying ID you only have 4 Feedbacks in the last 6 months, unless very few Sellers leave Feedback for you that is low activity. My comment was not meant to offend, just an observation. If you Buy on another account the issue may be with that account.
