Why does my payment say on hold until the buyer receives it and doesn't have a problem with it???? It seems ridiculous to me...!!! I've had two recent holds because the post office held onto the product for almost a week before sending it on its way other than that it's been smooth sailing.

-Here is a link to the Help Pages on Payment holds: Payments on hold | eBay
-It is eBay's Policy for new or low activity accounts
-Delivery confirmation by the carrier, USPS in your case, can also be part of the hold determination process.
-Have you contacted USPS and asked them about the delays? That issue is theirs and yours not eBay's.
