Paying twice for shipping
I sold order number 20-13374-91349. Buyer paid for shipping $44.51. When I try to get shipping label it is asking me for the $44.51 again. It wants me to pay twice.

Mentor1 year agoThe buyer pays YOU the item price + shipping + sales tax. ebay sends you the item price + shipping less the final value fee. You then take that shipping money and purchase the shipping label wherever you like. If you use ebay shipping, you get a discount. If you purchase directly at the carrier's customer counter you will be paying full retail price.
