paying twice
I made a offer on a item,it was declined. I made a second offer.It was accepted. I was charged for first and second offer. how do I get this fixed? Call the bank tommorrow, or contact the seller?

Mentor2 years agoOne of the apparent charges may actually be a temporary payment hold placed at the time you made your offer and that should expire leaving the money in your account.
