Paying taxes twice
I am an ebay member for many years and have spent a substantial amount of money on this site. My last 3 purchases ebay charged me US VAT and then I also had to pay Swiss taxes. I raised the issue with PayPal and they did not understand. I decided that I will not use ebay any longer except if they explain to me why I pay taxes twice or they reimburse me the VAT. Any one has the same experience?
