    Paying or making an offer using my PayPal balance
                     

    I am trying to make an offer using my PayPal balance. The only options I see when I select pay with PayPal or my credit cards please advise.

    For bids or offers that require a payment method to be specified in advance, you may need to provide a credit card or debit card if you cannot specify your PayPal balance.
