You are required to pay the seller in the currency of the listing. eBay will do the conversion by selling you the needed amount of that currency and sending it along to the seller. You will be paying the current retail "buy rate" set by eBay's payment processor, which is about 4% higher than the "mid-market rate" used by eBay to display "approximate" conversions to US Dollars on various ebay.com pages. Or you can have eBay bill your bank/credit card in the currency of the listing and have them convert it at their "buy rate".
