i have funds in ebay to pay but they took it from bank not happy now we must pay in a hour when you win a bid also it kills combine shipping you pay in one hour and the next record you bid on is 2 hours away this has me **bleep** i.m a seller the other day i sent to boxes to same buyer for 2 items should of been combine shipping. they could not do it had to pay in a hour.did not know why at first ebay has to change this
