Paying for something that I never received in condition I was promised or I paid for
So this company send me defective parts for my bike and now they will not refund my money or send me replacements kit . It's been months and they promised to fix there wrong doing with nothing done after word but excuses and lies .
Then the offer for wasting time was pennies for waiting when I paid hundreds of dollars for this body kit for my bike and never received what I paid for and kit was missing parts and damaged now eBay and the company will not fix this problem. So what do you think 🤔 I'm I wrong for wanting what I paid for and waiting months with nothing resent to fix problem or money to buy another kit if they where not going to fix the problem. Very confusing on how they can keep my money lie and then never send what they promised they would and fix there wrong doings but here we are 2 months later with nothing done

·2 years agoSorry, but you're only covered by the MBG for 30 days from the time you receive the item.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them, but you'll have to pay return shipping back to China, which will cost a lot more then the item.
If you paid with a credit card, open a case with them.
I quit buying from there years ago, if you do receive anything, it's usually junk.
