paying for postage
Ebay takes off for postage but recently got o USPS and no QR code although I saved it. Did not know it would go to email as in past I screenshotted it, and I use the app. (is somewhat different than online on a computer)
SO, I paid for it myself, so now I would like eBay to refund me the postage they took off, but nowhere is there a subject and two phone call requests, it calls me and once I answer, it is dead space, no live person. How do I go about this? More disturbing, is there no way to speak to a live person to take care of it? I have prob spent more than $12 in time just trying to do this. Any feedback appreciated. thank you all.

Mentor2 years agoIf you want to VOID the shipping label that was sent as a QR-code, you can go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping label
Locate the order, and the down-arrow, click VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
So how are you now going to send the item to your buyer? You could use the Print Another Label option, and this time select PDF so you can print it out, or the QR-code, which will be sent to your email, and then you bring it up on your phone at the post office counter for the clerk to print out.

OP2 years agoI had to pay for the label at the post office (which at that particular location will not print it out) or go home and try to find it, print it. I found that on a computer is a little different from the phone, and it is easy to find and reprint on the computer, not so on phone. Thank you, I will now get the refund. I appreciate the info
