So Iâ€™m trying to buy some metal golf spikes from the UK. I live in Kentucky. The payment wonâ€™t go through. I donâ€™t know if itâ€™s my card or what. Money is not an issue.

Does the seller have a shipping method specified to the US? If not, the seller may be blocking payments from users with a primary shipping address in a location the seller does not ship to, even if you are specifying a different address at checkout.
