Paying for items
I purchased some gemstones and never received them so I gave the seller bad feedback. The Seller was very upset and after he was forced to refund my money he begged me to change my feedback. I told him I would change the feedback after he send me the stones. I found that many of the seller of this type of stones just cancel my bid or never send the stones if they don't sell for very much.
After about 3 months I finally receive the gemstones. I tried to change my feedback but it was gone, so now I have my stones and my money. I feel I owe him for the stones but how do I get the money to him after the case has been closed. He is asking me for my personal email address and I don't feel comfortable giving that to him and I think it is against ebay policy to make a deal outside of ebay. How can he send me an invoice for the stones now that it is so long since this all started?
