Paying for Buyer Return Shipping Label
I understand How to get the buyer that wants to return an item a shipping label and that, in order for me to upload a label or have ebay provided the label, either way I am paying for the return shipping -- again I know this. MY QUESTION -- so once buyer has been provided a return label which seller has already purchased -- if buyer just never return it I am still out the return shipping label cost because after 15 days USPS isn't going to refund. Yes I don't have to refund buyer if they don't return the item BUT I am still out the return shipping postage cost. Right?

If you accept a return request and eBay sends your Buyer a return label, if the Buyer never returns the item you will not be charged for the return label.
