I have been item that I purchased second hand that needs an additional part. I did not purchase it off of eBay. The seller is apparently overseas and has listings on both Amazon and on eBay. I contacted them through eBay and they agreed to sell me the part. But how can I pay them if it’s not for sale? I guess I can ask them to create a listing for it. They are very responsive in answering emails, but there is a significant communication difficulty with them and I’m not sure they understand that. So what are my choices?

Mentor4 months agoThe seller has to list the part on ebay and then you can purchase and pay for it.

OP4 months agoI do not know their native language. But it appears it is not English because of the way it is phrased and the words they choose. The ship from the United States.

Any of the Seller's listings will have their country shown.

Consider typing in English then use a translation program online and convert the same message in the Seller's language and send BOTH versions to them.
They need to create a listing JUST for what you want to purchase from them and offer in with International shipping.
