Paying for an item I won on Ebay
Has anyone noticed this disgusting thing I just experienced on Ebay? I won an item and I followed what I thought was the normal procedure for paying with PayPal. I clicked on "Pay now" or whatever it was, to take me to the place where I finalized my payment. When I saw the total I was shocked- it was way more than the item that I had just purchased. Upon further investigation, Ebay had taken the liberty to direct me to my "cart" and was then attempting to charge me for all the items in my cart in one transaction!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that? I can't. If I would have simply clicked the PayPal pay button (like I have so many times before) I would have bought all the items in my cart!! Disgusting trickery. I'm still having a hard time believing this! Has anyone else noticed this? How can I contact Ebay directly to express my extreme disapproval? Thank you, Craig (I hope this gets fixed because this is a serious red flag and game-changer)
