Paying for an item

Question

I have tried numerous times to make a purchase. It keeps saying that my card can't be confirmed. I called my bank. They said my card was fine. So I tried again. It still wouldn't work. So I cleaned up my paying methods. I deleted everything. I added my current card. Again, it failed! The card is new. The card number stayed the same. The expiration date changed. The security code changed. That was it. Please help me. I think this will really help my sister.

Make sure you meet all the seller's buyer requirements, particularly if you are located in another country.

If possible, try a different payment method.

If one payment method fails repeatedly, there may be a temporary lock of some kind placed on that payment method.

Try adding the card to a PayPal account and then choose PayPal at checkout.
