Mentor1 year agoI assume you are asking as a buyer. It is a more recent change to help sellers deal with so many non paying bidders.
You will only be charged if you are the winning bidder. You also have one hour after the purchase, if you are the winning bidder, when you can change your payment method or you ship to address. You still have to pay, but you can change the method.
