Paying for a car

Hi,

I have purchased a car on ebay, only £300, and when I tried to pay it said I couldn't use the app and then I couldn't find anywhere to pay. Instead I have paid for the car via bank transfer direct to the seller. I am now being bombarded with messages from ebay for me to pay for the car. I don't know what to do.
