It’s making me pay $18 and some change when I sent off the package I got a letter saying that you guys paid her back and she received the package so I don’t see why I have to pay the $18 for it

the $ 18 and change was for the only sale you made in the last 90 days on November1, 2023.
-How did you ship the item?
-Did you buy the label through eBay and did the item get shipped within your Handling time?
-If you did NOT buy the label through eBay and you paid at the counter did you upload the tracking to the sold file for your protection?
-What kind of a claim did the Buyer file?
-Obviously a claim was filed and it sounds like you did not do anything and the Buyer had the case closed in their favor so you will have to pay to refund the Buyer.

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like the buyer filed a case and you did not respond with either a tracking number showing DELIVERED, or issued a refund, so ebay refunded the buyer and charged your account for the refund.
If that is not what happened, you will have to give details so we know what happened.
