ebay wants me to wait on delivery of something that isn't coming. The seller messaged me that she needed more money (I clicked on the buy it now) She took my money and sold it to someone else. Can someone tell me how to speed up this process. I'm out almost $600.

You will have to wait one day past the last estimated delivery date and then open an item not received case.
