Payed for 2 shipping labels on the same item and wondering if the other will get refunded.
Today I by accident bought two shipping labels for the same item for Sendle and I am trying to figure out how to refund the other label so I can actually get paid properly. I did try to void it but it's saying as long as I don't use it the label " does not need to be voided because we'll charge you only once the postage label has been used." So do I just let it wait or do I call the customer service help line? If anybody could give me advice as well as there number I would really appreciate it.

A Sendle label is only charged if used, so you don't need to do anything. Your account will not be charged until the label is scanned. Just sit and wait for the scenario to play out.

"If you printed a drop-off label but you're not going to use it, you don't need to cancel it. Sendle labels are only charged when the carrier scans the package."
