Pay the seller

Question

Hello, when I won the auction for the item I was buying, it didn't give me the option to pick up locally. I have since picked up the item from the seller and I want him to get paid for the item. How can I make this happen? I can't seem to find a live agent to chat with. Please help. Thank you, Kevin

There isn't much you can do. The seller should have relisted the item with the local pickup and had you buy that way.

So, you can leave positive feedback for the seller, and the seller will eventually get the payment released to them. It may be 3-4 weeks.
