Pay pal is overdrafting Bank account !
Has anyone else had Pay pal pay for an item and you didn't have enough money in your bank account to cover the purchase and PayPal paid eBay and the seller and overdrew your bank account and the bank charges an overdraft fee and the bank gets paid and on top of that you don't receive your orders
