Pay on Hold
Why in the “Fâ€! Doesn’t EBay tell people in the beginning as first time sellers, that they won’t get paid until F’n 30 days after initial sell! Not once did it mention that I wouldn’t get paid. Even in the account it says to be paid immediately. Then tells me I won’t get paid for 30 days! My family depended on this money! All that should be said and or mentioned from the get go!!!!

eBay does tell you. It's in the User Agreement you signed:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/member-behaviour-policies/user-agreement?id=4259
It's in the Help policy on payment holds:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816&st=3&pos=1&query=Payments%20on%20hold&intent=payment%20holds&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1450
It's in the Help policy pages on Managed Payments:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/start-getting-paid-ebay?id=4795&st=3&pos=2&query=Start%20getting%20paid%20on%20eBay%20&intent=managed%20payments&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1464
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814&st=3&pos=1&query=Getting%20paid%20for%20items%20you%27ve%20sold&intent=managed%20payments&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1448
And there's a reminder on the item listing form each time you list an item for sale:
There is a lot to learn about selling. eBay provides the information. It's up to you to read it.

Ebay specifies payout holds here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816#section1
which is available for all sellers to read at any time.
Specifically this part: "New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer"
