Pay in 4 not appearing
Hi when I try to use the option to pay in 4 in check out it doesn’t appear at all . When I choose PayPal I can only see my default card but no other option . I used it before so I don’t understand why it’s not there anymore thank you

If you mean that when you check out of eBay and select PayPal, you are not able to choose a specific payment method in your PayPal wallet but one is automatically selected for you, in that case go to your eBay Payments page in your eBay account and delete the entry for PayPal that appears there.

The next time you check out on eBay and choose PayPal, you should be sent to your PayPal wallet page and given a chance to pick a specific payment method.

OP4 months agoI don’t see any entry for PayPal tho I only see my debit card

Mentor4 months agoIf there is no PayPal entry on your eBay Payments page, then there must be a different issue.
PayPal Pay-in-4 may not always be an option for bids or offers if the seller requires a payment method in advance.
Have you used PayPal before with this specific eBay account? It appears you have created this eBay account today. It may be too new or you may not have finished setting it up. Do you have another eBay account you could try to see if that allows you to use Pay-in-4?

OP4 months agoYes I have another older account and it still not showing up I tried on my computer and it stays no available
