Pay for shipping myself on a combined order

Question

A buyer purchased 3 items in sequence. She asked for it to be combined in to one shipping package and I agreed. I wish to take the package to the post office to pay for the amount we agreed on. Can I skip using the eBay provided shipping label and pay for it on my own?

If the buyer is overseas and you are shipping to eBay's export center in Illinois, then you must ship each order separately because the label will have a reference number with individual item information. The solution to that would be to cancel and refund, and then create a single listing so that the buyer can make one combined purchase.

If your buyer is in the US, then you can put everything in one box and print a label for that one box by adjusting the weight and dimensions. Then make sure that same tracking number is applied to all three orders. You may find that you can select all three orders for one label, even before you print the label. If you can do that, the tracking will automatically be applied to each sale.

Or, if you wish, you can take that package to post office to ship, but you would lose eBay discounts. You would then need to bring back the tracking number and add it to all three orders.

In the future, if you would like to allow buyers to "combine payments and shipping" at checkout, you can make that selection in your account. It would apply to all future orders.
