Pay for an item already refunded
I took too long for item to arrive. So seller refunded my money. The day after the item arrived. I want to pay for it again. But the seller says they can't initiate another payment for the item. And the ebay support system is HORRIBLE!!! It just keeps going round in circles and I can't even find a phone number anymore to call and get this fixed. How the heck do I pay for an item that was refunded?

In a case like this, eBay allows the Seller to send you an invoice from Venmo or PayPal. They need to reference the previous transaction in their message to you in the event eBay needs to read that message. The Seller is correct that they cannot request another payment through eBay, but they are allowed to through the other methods.
