Good morning. I am new to the eBay platform as a seller, but I have an important question. I sold these shoes and paid the eBay fees; I was left with a profit of $49.46 from the sale, yet I am only receiving $27.74. Honestly, I do not understand why they are depositing only that amount of money when they were supposed to deposit $49.46. Could you please help me and explain this? Thank you very much.

Mentor5 months agoYour account is a running total, so the cost of several shipping labels could also be deducted from that payout, along with any refunds you may have made.
Go to your Seller Hub > Payments > Payouts > Payment ID
You can then see all the deductions made from that payout.
