Patagonia down jacket purchased through ebay but never recieved. I have been scammed.
The seller or ebay took my $ 99.99 payment, but did not send the jacket. It is still listed for sale on ebay. I wounder how many times they have sold this same item and never shipped it. A few days ago I recieved a message from USPS stating that a package was shipped to me, and that I owed an additional $ .17 which I paid with my credit card. Then I recieved a note from my bank about a suspicious activity on my account. They cancelled the card. This is a total scam. Don't seem to be able to get any help from ebay, because the purchased item does not show up on my account. Help.
