Past the 30-day delivery window on an eBay approved scam
I made the mistake of pre-purchasing the Pokemon 30th Celebrations through eBay. The seller has since stopped responding to messages and has deleted their profile. Am I completely screwed here as eBay refuses to acknowledge this as it's past the 30-day delivery window?
Also, how are sellers being pre-approved by eBay without proper vetting? This is a scam and eBay is willingly allowing this behavior.
