Past sales records
Where do I find past sales records? I see under reports where I can find the last two years but I'm looking for records since I started ( about five years ago) Thank you in advance for your help.

Mentor1 year agoI see that you are wanting information about sales past the 2 years limit of the Seller Hub Reports that @ewsupply recommended.
You can request a data download report. It takes about a week to get and can only be printed within 10 days.

You can download reports and statements of your orders, fees, and payouts in Seller Hub.
All documents will be available to download in Seller Hub, but your financial statement will also be available to download in My eBay.
The transaction report provides a detailed breakdown of all your account activity for a specific date range. It's in CSV format, which you can open with spreadsheet software such as excel.
Here's how to download your transaction report:
1. Go to the payments tab in Seller Hub.
2. From the menu on the left, select reports
3. Select Transaction report from the downloads
4. Select the transaction Type, and the Start & End date
5. Select create report
