Past Purchases Missing

Question

Hello, eBayers:) Has anyone had trouble accessing past purchases on his/her home page? I wanted to duplicate some purchases, but my past purchases won't load. Never experienced that before in more than a decade's eBay use.

To add to the advice from @eburtonlab ... You may also need to adjust the date range above the list in your Purchase History to see transactions older than 6 months.

Do you mean your "Buy Again" page? That seems to be working for me:

https://www.ebay.com/mye/buyagain

If you can not use that, try finding those purchases in your Purchase History or in your Feedback, and use whatever information is in your transaction to find similar items to purchase.

eBay has made some changes to the Purchase History page recently, so if that page is not loading for you, try another browser. If the page loads in a new browser, try clearing cache and possibly manually deleting eBay cookies in the original browser.
