Past purchases details not populating
When I click on the item I purchased whether it's a minute ago a day ago a week ago suddenly for the last few days it would not take you back to the item the pictures the listing etc... it comes back as a header and footer and nothing in between.
This is happening on my phone and my wife's phone.

Browser or app? Try whichever you have not tried, or try another browser.
Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app.
Recent purchases seem to be viewable for me using the latest Android version of the app (6.247.1.1), and in Firefox.

OP6 months agoThank you for taking a stab at this.
Android phone Motorola specifically Google Chrome browser, by default my settings are to update the latest so I'll have to assume that it is the latest but I will check that. That would mean the old version is not responding well to a change eBay made.
A few hours ago I came to the conclusion that let me try the app. Downloaded it and it works fine it brings up the old purchases where I can view them in detail which is failing in the browser.
I restarted the phone to make sure it initiate everything correct deleted 7 Days of history and cookies....
No change and its ability to bring up the prior purchase detail pictures etc you know to that posting...
So it's still a problem in the browser but it's not in the app. I still would like to know what's going on and fix it.

Mentor6 months agoIf you are using a mobile browser, try requesting the desktop site version of the page, then view the ended listing.
I see the same behavior you describe when using a mobile browser in mobile mode; when I change to desktop mode, the item listing displays in the mobile browser.

Links to recently ended items in the purchases history are not loading properly in mobile browsers on some Android phones at least. I have tested Chrome and Firefox, and a private browser window, and links to ended listings from Purchase History show header and footer only.
